Rachel Anderson, Owner of Rachel Anderson Consulting Ltd. has over 10 years experience of implementing, running and advising on Shared Services and Outsourcing operations.

Rachel is an experienced HR Outsourcing and Shared Services consultant, with practical experience of advising clients on outsourcing and shared services programmes from strategy to implementation including designing HR service delivery models and developing and implementing outsourced service contracts.
